All products at the EBD Gear Shop are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. That means each item is produced just for you—and shipped from the facility best suited to your location.

When Will I Get My Order?

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to print and pack before shipping.

Shipping times vary by destination:

• USA: 3–4 business days

• Europe: 6–8 business days

• Australia: 2–14 business days

• Japan: 4–8 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Where Will My Order Ship From?

We work with a global print partner that has fulfillment centers in the US, Europe, and beyond. Your order will ship from the facility closest to you whenever possible, to keep delivery times reasonable.

Will I Be Charged Customs or Import Fees?

Possibly. For international orders, customs and import taxes are determined by your local government and are not included in your order total. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office if you’re unsure.

What If My Order Is Delayed or Lost?

If it’s been longer than the estimated delivery window and your order hasn’t arrived:

1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy

2. Ask your local post office if they’re holding the package

3. Check with neighbors in case it was delivered nearby
