Refunds are only issued for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll email you to confirm if a refund is approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process it.
We don’t offer size or color exchanges. If you received a mislabeled item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number—we’ll send a corrected item at no extra charge.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first—items returned without approval will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you must contact us before sending anything back. Email info@ebdgearshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
Any helpful details about your order
We’ll review your request and let you know how we’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
Check your confirmation email for address errors
Ask your local post office
Check with neighbors
If your address was correct and your package is still missing, contact us at info@ebdgearshop.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Because everything in our store is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color)
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Unclaimed packages
Face masks or other personal items (for hygiene reasons)
To avoid sizing issues, check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Under EU law, custom-made and personalized items (like those printed on demand) are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. That means our products are not eligible for returns or cancellations unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
