What is the return policy?
  • All items are made on demand for each order. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for product that doesn't fit, as each piece is made custom for each order.
  • Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@ebdgearshop.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?
  • Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
